Studio J/P Robbins is the photographic practice of Julia Pearl Robbins, a New York–based photographer working across portrait, fashion, and visual storytelling.
Raised in Manhattan’s downtown artist community, Robbins began working in the darkroom at 15—an early foundation that continues to inform her approach to image-making today.
Her work focuses on shaping presence through light, space, and direction, balancing editorial narrative with a clean, graphic sensibility.
Robbins’ projects span editorial, commercial, and branded content, with clients including global media and entertainment companies. Her still and moving-image work has been exhibited internationally, including at BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music), the Brooklyn Museum, COP27 Sharm El Sheikh, the Museum of the Moving Image, the Mykonos Biennale, and Art Basel Miami Beach satellite shows.
Available for commissions, campaigns, and collaborations.
